Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Flat shipping fee: $4.99 for all orders.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can check the status of your order by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
5. Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us via email within 12 hours of placing your order.
We are unable to change the shipping address after the order has been processed and shipped.
6. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status.
If your order is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please:

Take photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the case and arrange a refund or replacement.
